Lynton Heritage Convict Site Interpretive Signage

Remote Heritage

The Convict Depot at the Lynton Heritage Site features interpretative signage fabrication by Publik for this historic, remote place.

Publik designed the fabrication and working details, producing the signage, arranged transport and prepared an instructional installation guide for the signs to be installed by the local, North Hampton Historical Society.

Publik worked closely with the designer to provide specialist guidance on material selection and fabrication methods to achieve the required design outcomes.

The interpretative content details what life was like for the convicts that were sent to this remote location many years ago, with nodes located in and around the remnants of buildings at the Lynton Heritage Site.
